The Death Penalty Against Narcotics Traffickers In The Perspective Of Pancasila Justice

This study discusses the death penalty for narcotics traffickers from perspective of Pancasila justice. The pros and cons capital punishment continue to this day, especially traffickers. purpose is determine imposition on in terms justice according views values Pancasila. To analyze understand against justice, uses a normative legal research method whose data obtained through literature using analytical descriptive. results show that basically international law does not require penalty, but Indonesia still allowed, conflict with 1945 Constitution as judicial review Constitutional Court case Number 2/PUUV/2007 stated Indonesian constitution if it related Article 28A 28I paragraph (1) Constitution.
